1. Service Description

Welcome to meningict, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Domain. Our services include a range of tools and functionalities designed to enhance user productivity and streamline business operations. By accessing or using our website located at meningict (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

meningict reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Our services are intended for users located in Slovakia (SK) and are governed by the laws of Slovakia. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify meningict immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. meningict will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services or interfere with any other party's use of the services.

You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the services to transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any other systems or networks connected to the services.
Using any automated means, including robots, spiders, or data mining tools, to access the services for any purpose without our express written permission.
Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the services, without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Using the services to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from other users of the services.
Using the services to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services, or which, as determined by meningict, may harm meningict or users of the services or expose them to liability.

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in legal action and/or the termination of your account.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of meningict or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Domain.

6. User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant meningict a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. meningict is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

meningict reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Domain.

Payment must be made using the payment method specified during the registration process. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

meningict reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect any fees already paid by you for the current billing cycle.

8. Service Modifications

meningict reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that meningict will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

In the event of a material change to the services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall meningict, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall meningict's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. meningict may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
